We value coaching experience or significant playing background, combined with strong communication and organizational skills. A high level of commitment to high-performance hockey is essential. Along with your application, please include your resume, a summary of your coaching philosophy for AAA, a sample season plan, a 2-hour practice plan, and the names of any potential Assistant Coaches.

Successful coaches must lead by example, fostering teamwork, discipline, community awareness, and accountability. Experience in handling issues related to parents, player wellness, development, academics, and discipline is crucial.

As the head coach, you will collaborate closely with the program director. Your responsibilities will encompass on-ice practices, off-ice workouts, video training, and effective leadership and bench management. Weekly/daily expectations involve games, practices, skill sessions, player meetings with video reviews, and a focus on development (4-6 days per week, excluding tournaments).
